Role & Job Responsibilities
- Understanding Business drivers for any given Integration and aligning tech team accordingly.
- Managing end-to-end new platform development and migration.
- Vetting the tech document and detailing the integration flow for its development.
- API testing to ensure all APIs are functional before any integration.
- Coordinating with client tech for new integrations/ queries/developments/bugs/data issues/migration
- Performing internal UAT with Tech teams.
- Ideating and developing campaign solutions for optimization.
- Coordination with Campaign and Business teams and facilitating their requirements.
- Monitoring and constantly evolving the MIS and reports for better readability.
- Coordination with the clients and helping the business team to set up promotional activity.
- Provide tech support to Ad partners based on requirements.
- Creating flows wherever required for a better understanding of the product.
- Managing weekly sprints and performing their analysis with Tech teams
- Coordinating with network teams for VPN configuration or server maintenance planning
- Ensuring no impact post any maintenance or migration activities.
