Job Responsibilities

  • Music Sync Licensing:
    • Identify and target potential opportunities for music sync placements in various media, such as films, TV shows, commercials, and video games.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with music supervisors, production companies, and advertising agencies to secure sync deals.
    • Negotiate licensing agreements, terms, and fees to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.
    • Monitor industry trends and sync opportunities to stay ahead of market developments
  • Digital Music Distribution:
    • Oversee the distribution of our music catalog to digital platforms including Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music, and others.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is properly formatted, metadata is accurate, and releases are optimized for maximum visibility.
    • Continuously assess and improve distribution strategies to enhance discoverability and audience reach.
    • Stay informed about platform-specific requirements and updates to maintain compliance and efficiency
  • Podcast Business:
    • Drive domestic and international podcasting business on various podcasting platforms like Hubhopper, Storytel, KUKU FM, etc.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new distribution opportunities within the music industry.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for expanding our presence on music platforms.
    • Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet sales and streaming targets.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the music and entertainment industry, including artists, record labels,
    • streaming services, and platform representatives.
    • Attend industry events and conferences and network with potential partners to explore collaborative opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Generate regular reports and performance analysis to track the success of sync placements and distribution efforts.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
