TV Marketing - Marathi Channel

Experience: 5 - 10 years | Location: Mumbai - Andheri East

To promote & market Shemaroo MarathiBana Channel in B2B & B2C - Brand /channel marketing and communication for Shemaroo MarathiBana across B2C and B2B - Tent pole property / shows promotions – On air, off air and on ground – to ensure slot leadership - Events and activation – To plan and execute ground connect activities in strategic viewership markets to sustain the channel reach - Channel IP conceptualization, planning and execution - Creative developments – Liaison with internal and external creative partners to develop communication route - Media planning, buying and execution - Brand tracks, Competition mapping - Marketing support to maintain Website, Digital & PR - Strategic marketing tie ups and alliances with other mediums - Cross promotions on OTT - Lead new product development (shows) process in coordination with relevant stakeholders - Working closely with cross functional teams (Programming, Sales, Digital, PR, brand solutions, bollywood, ShemarooMe, Legal, Distribution etc) to deliver superior viewer experience - Congregate marketing spends and reconcile with finance - On air promo strategy and planning for existing and new shows (Promos, Astons, bugs planning) - TG Analysis, Slot analysis, Break analysis - Daypart /minute by minute analysis - Sales Support - Marketing support to FCT sales trade – Conceptualizing communication, proposals, decks, Merchandize, activation - Merchandize planning for media trade - Identify / Create opportunities for brand integrations for clients basis brief - Trade communication development - Trade media planning, buying and execution - Distribution Support - Marketing support to distribution trade – Conceptualizing communication, proposals, decks, Merchandize, Ground activation and events such as distribution meets - Merchandize planning for distribution trade

The responsibilities of this position includes:

-    Brand /channel marketing and communication for Shemaroo MarathiBana across  B2C and B2B            
-    Tent pole property / shows promotions – On air, off air and on ground – to ensure slot leadership
