Performance Marketing Manager/Sr Manager

Experience: 5 - 10 years | Location: Mumbai - Andheri East

Working with the team to strategize, plan and deploy performance marketing campaigns for the business. Engaging with third party affiliates and major publishers to bring in best in class performance solutions for our business objectives. Own all performance platform delivery and proactively identify and suggest next steps for better CPS. (Cost per subscription) Needs to own all performance platform delivery and proactively identify and suggest next steps for better CPAs. Ensure campaigns are optimized to maximize efficiency and minimize wastage. Daily analysis of performance to optimize campaigns in the best way. Working with the team on periodic analysis and own the internal reporting, which is based on the identified narratives and actions taken. Explore, identify, elaborate and pursue tech/API/feed integration solutions with team to improve performance capabilities. Needs to have a strong analytical data driven mindset. Responsibilities will frequently include analyzing overall data to identify trends and diagnose issues relevant to performance marketing Out of the box thinker who is willing to take the risk and stay ahead of the curve in all things related to digital marketing. Data analysis responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Develop analysis and reporting capabilities for businesses to take decisions and marketing teams to action Independently executes data analysis, data mining, reporting and visualization projects using SQL, Hadoop, and other appropriate tools. Experience in using BI tools like PowerBI , Tableu etc.
